Purpose of this website
This website is published by TD Wealth Management for general information. It describes services we provide and views we hold. It is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor to enter into any transaction, and it does not constitute investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
No advisory relationship
Reading this website, sending us an enquiry or subscribing to our publications does not create an advisory relationship. Advice is given only under a signed engagement, after we have assessed your circumstances and confirmed the service in writing.
Availability and eligibility
The products and services described may not be available to residents of every jurisdiction and are offered only where they may lawfully be offered. Nothing here is directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publication would be contrary to local law or regulation. It is your responsibility to observe the laws that apply to you.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure the information here is accurate when published, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Market commentary reflects our view at the date stated and may change without notice. Illustrative figures, allocations and fee tables are examples only and do not represent any actual client portfolio or a binding quotation.
Third-party links
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, their availability or their handling of your data.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to TD Wealth Management or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copying, republishing, modifying, distributing or framing any part of this site for any other purpose without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information on this website, or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Who is responsible
TD Wealth Management, 14 Kingsway Tower, 51 Glover Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our data protection officer can be reached at privacy@tdwealthm.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us directly — name, email, telephone, office preference, the indicative asset range you select and the message you write
- Technical data your browser sends — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed
- Analytics data, only if you have accepted optional cookies
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a meeting; to send you publications you have asked for; to operate and secure this website; and to meet our legal, regulatory and anti-money-laundering obligations. Our lawful bases are your consent, the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — our website host, email provider and customer records system — and with regulators, auditors or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with product providers or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted after twenty-four months. Client records are retained for the period required by applicable financial services and anti-money-laundering legislation, generally seven years after the relationship ends.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@tdwealthm.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Cookie policy
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice; these cannot be switched off. Optional analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and where visitors leave, in aggregate. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.

Regulatory disclosures
Authorisation
TD Wealth Management is registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is authorised to carry on investment management and advisory business. Our registration details and the register in which they appear are set out in our client agreement and are available on request.
Custody of client assets
We do not hold client money or client assets. All portfolios are held at independent, regulated custodian banks in the client’s own name. Custodians report directly to clients as well as to us, so our reporting can always be verified against theirs.
Conflicts of interest
We maintain a conflicts of interest policy reviewed annually by our head of risk and compliance and approved by the board. We manufacture no products of our own, and we accept no retrocessions, trail commissions or placement fees. Where a rebate cannot contractually be refused, it is credited in full to the client account that generated it. A copy of the policy is available on request.
Best execution
Orders are placed with a view to obtaining the best overall result, taking price, cost, speed, likelihood of execution and settlement into account. Execution quality is reviewed annually and reported to clients.
Complaints
If we have not met the standard you expect, write to complaints@tdwealthm.com or to the head of risk and compliance at our Lagos office. We acknowledge every complaint within three business days and aim to resolve it within twenty business days. If you remain dissatisfied, we will tell you in writing how to escalate the matter to the relevant regulator or ombudsman.
Risk warning
The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Investments denominated in a foreign currency carry additional exchange-rate risk. Private market and hedge strategies involve extended lock-ups, limited secondary liquidity and infrequent valuation. Structured products expose you to the creditworthiness of the issuer as well as to market movements. Borrowing against a portfolio magnifies both gains and losses and may result in a forced sale of assets.
Security
Fraud attempts against private clients usually arrive as a convincing message rather than a technical attack. A few habits defeat almost all of them.
- We will never ask for your password, one-time code or full account number by email, SMS or phone
- We will never ask you to move money to a “safe account”, and we will never create urgency about it
- Any change to payment instructions is confirmed by a call-back to a number already on file — never to a number supplied in the request
- Check that the address bar reads exactly www.tdwealthm.com before entering anything
- Use a unique password and an authenticator app or hardware key for the client portal
If something looks wrong
Stop, do not reply, and call us on +234 1 460 2200 using the number from this website rather than from the message. If you have already responded, call immediately — speed matters far more than embarrassment.
Accessibility statement
We want this website to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- The site works with the keyboard alone, and focus is always visible
- Content uses semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate it
- Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background, and the layout reflows to 320 px without horizontal scrolling
- Animation is suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion
- Meaningful images carry alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
If you encounter something that does not work for you, please write to accessibility@tdwealthm.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it and reply to you directly.
